Wow what happened to this company? After 10 years of service, they came out on a possibly overloaded service call? I have no idea because they refused to give me a hand written diagnosis and a printed invoice as usual. They replaced four receptacles by using the ancient and fire hazardous back-stabbing method. Did not even properly remove the previous wiring just snipped it off. After 30 minutes they proceeded to charge me $170. I needed four wires to my oven connected, they wanted to charge an additional $115 because, as Zack later stated their service hour charge begins when they are en route to the job. They refused to send a written diagnosis because, they claimed I called them out of the blue the day after the big freeze and requested replacing outlets. Hmmm. Okay. Zack proceeded to hang up the phone after I told him that I expected better quality workmanship from licensed and bonded electricians.

During the 2025 Snowmageddon, we had a pipe break from the freeze. When other companies we called were unable to come for a few days, B & D sent Robbie and Sterling the next morning. Within an hour, the cracked pipe was repaired and water was flowing to my house again. About an hour after they left another pipe on the opposite side of the house broke and B & D sent Brett and Gage within a few hours on the same day! Again, the problem was fixed in less than an hour! All four men were professional, knowledgable, respectful, & personable. They answered all of our questions and were easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this company and they will be who I call first for future plumbing issues.

Called at 7:15 in morning for burst pipes. Had a Man out by 10. Fixed within 2 hours. Great pricing. Great service. Thanks B&D.

Had to get some plumbing work done in order to close the sale of my house. B & D came in and cleared a corroded cast iron shower drain pipe, added a p-trap to my two ac condensate lines, replaced a leaky sink drain pipe, and (the big one) installed a drain pan (with new drain pipe to the outside) under and existing water heater. Quality, timely work and fair pricing. Highly recommend.

Called and called to get on the estimators schedule, finally after multiple attempts to get him out we booked a date and time. On said date and time, I waited and waited. After he no showed, I called and he gave me an unreasonable excuse. He wasn’t even going to call and cancel. I guess just let me wait for hours. Go somewhere else if you want reliable service!

We have been customers of B&D for about two years now. They are responsive, professional, and personable! Jeff & his team have provided exceptional service each time they come to our home!

Came over, spent five minutes breaking our drain assembly we needed installed on a new sink, charged me 170 dollars and told us, essentially, they would likely charge us into three hours to go buy another assembly 10 minutes away at a store(why they didn’t have one already when the issue was discussed prior idk). So essentially want to charge me $500-600 if they go buy it, or charge me another 170 to come back out. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

Don’t use ANYONE else!! I have used many plumbers over the years. None have ever provided the top notch service B & D plumbing did. Recently, we were in the middle of pouring a parking lot, and ran into some major issues with the entire Sewage and water system. Faye and Byron had two service technicians on site within an hour. Work began immediately. They were able to accomplish in two days, what would’ve taken others weeks. They worked nonstop, showed up early in the morning and worked till late in the afternoon. Their communication during the repairs was superb. They were able to keep the concrete job on schedule and save us an absolute plumbing nightmare, after the concrete had already been poured. The technicians, Paul and Michael were very experienced. They knew what they were doing and when they ran into an unexpected problem, they knew how to fix it. I truly cannot say enough about Paul, Michael, Byron, or Faye, the office manager. They care about their customers, and they definitely exceeded my expectations by a mile!!! Thank you B & D Plumbing for making the impossible possible!
